Andrew Cowley, known just as Andy, Evildoerz, and formerly TheDragonHat, is a professional voice actor and Vtuber who used to voice act for the Aphmau channel.

He used to voice mainly Garroth in every series as well as Chad and Jeffory in both Diaries and MyStreet.
