Andrew Cowley, known just as Andy, or Evildoerz, and formerly TheDragonHat, is a professional voice actor and VTuber who used to voice act for the Aphmau channel.
He used to voice mainly Garroth in every series as well as Chad and Jeffory in both Diaries and MyStreet.

- He is married to Binoftrash, or Amy, a professional artist whose art has been featured on the Aphmau channel as Jess' profile picture, and in animated videos.
- He has starred as the narrator in the game Dude, Stop.
Sebastian (Laurence's VA), Cole (Vylad's VA), and Andy said on a live stream that they, quote: "Just didn't want to do it anymore." in response to confusion about them no longer working for Catface/The Aphmau channel.(outdated possibly)- Andy announced that he will be departing from the Minecraft community in 2020 on his YouTube community page.
