Aphmau is the main character of the Aphmau SMP.
Personality[]
Aphmau is friendly and bubbly, with her being the nicest person among her friends. She is friendly with everyone on the server and can be considered the voice of reason during conflicts, even when others tell her that she can only be on one side. However, she will mostly be against those who are clearly either against her or in the wrong. She also believes that people deserve second chances in life, which is why she doesn't ban anyone from her servers unless either they are worse than Ein or they cross a drastic line.
Despite her being nice in nature, others, even her own best friends, are mostly unapologetically mean to her and take advantage of her kindness and second chances in return, with her either getting pranked, robbed, griefed, killed, betrayed, framed, blamed, bullied, tricked, kicked out, kidnapped, imprisoned, abandoned, left to die, tortured, lied to, called evil, hunted down, conspired against, exploded, shot by an arrow, or dragged into others' problems to take the fall, which all tend to happen a lot since she is a favorite target and go-to sacrifice to most of her friends, even someone who had sworn to always protect her. When she’s left to die, her friends will even try to make sure she can’t escape or survive instead of doing anything to help her or save her. And instead of coming back to save her, they will either return to their own agendas like nothing happened or take the opportunity to steal her belongings. When she's in school, bullies (like Ivy, Michi, or The Shadow Knights) and other students will mistreat her and get her in trouble and strict teachers will get her sent to detention. And on rare occasions, her friends will even try to eat her whenever the opportunity strikes, even when rules forbid them from doing so. Outright killing her is also something they're not against, even in scenarios that make it seem like she won't respawn if killed. And they're not against outright banning her or getting her banned either, even from her own servers. There are even days where everyone on the server is against her just for the sake of it. None of her friends believe her whenever she gets framed either, and they'll often jump to conclusions and turn on her for any reason, with them putting much more effort in punishing her than whenever someone like Ein actually causes problems, which she points out in “Everyone HATES APHMAU in Minecraft!” when Zane and KC confiscate ownership of her house after Gene framed her. And above all, they almost always refuse to apologize to her or make amends, even when they know what they did was wrong, with them instead either getting her, continuing to be mean to her, hypocritically convicting her of being evil, or retaliating against any revenge to prevent her from getting even. And Aphmau even acknowledges in “Having a BITZEE FAMILY in Minecraft!” how much of fake friends they can be towards her when they selfishly refused to help her get Aaron back and greedily took a coin she gave them without thanking her. Another thing that upsets her is her short height being made fun of, which all of her friends, even Aaron, take any opportunity to do. Her friends even flat-out say that things shorter than her tower over her. They’ll also say that they're as short as her whenever they shrink to the point of becoming shorter than her.
Because of her friends constantly being mean, envious, unapologetic, greedy, wrathful, unforgiving, and selfish towards her, she resorts to revenge and mischief, which usually involve her either getting new powers (mostly by accident), faking an injury, testing mods, getting really angry, going on a killing spree, or giving others a taste of their own medicine. However, she'll cease her actions when either she feels that her revenge is complete or she is given a genuine apology from all who wronged her, but she'll go back to mischief if someone decides to not learn their lesson in favor of revenge and "getting even".
Aaron is often either her boyfriend or her crush, therefore there is hardly any conflict between them, for when everyone else on the server is against her, Aaron tends to be the exception. When there is conflict between them however, it's either competitive, because one of them is a yandere, because Aaron is her natural predator/enemy, because one of them is the other's prison warden, or because Aaron is with the other boys. Meanwhile, the other boys in the server, especially Ein, will try to either win her affection or forcefully make her marry them despite not loving her the same way Aaron does and often being the ones pranking her. She especially doesn't like it when all the boys are yanderes since her privacy gets constantly invaded and she's often held against her will. Even the other girls will dishonor the girl code and try to steal Aaron away from her, with them even once forbidding her from having any love life instead of apologizing for killing her dog.[1] She and Zane are considered best friends, but the latter is sometimes either overprotective of her, too strict, or outright the exact opposite of her friend in general. He may have sworn to always protect her, but like everyone else, he will let her die if it benefits his own survival or greed. He also made her a constant target in order to impress KC due to her having had a thing for bad boys.
When her friends are down, Aphmau uses mods to transform into a kitten or other things to cheer them up and protect them from people who want to keep their day ruined, but she almost always ends up dying and losing her form and powers. She'll also protect Aaron especially. Also, if she's rudely told to leave a server, she'll stay out of spite, even if she planned to leave anyway. And if someone invades her server and causes problems, then she won’t let them leave until they make things right. Her overall personality can also vary depending on the video, for she was depicted as an antagonist in “My Evil Wishes as a CURSED GENIE in Minecraft!”.

Appearance[]
Aphmau has caramel-colored eyes and raven-black hair. In Minecraft, her hair is long at the front and short in the back, with a hair bun at the back of her head. In animated shorts, however, her hair has a purplish shade and is longer at the back while not having the hair bun. Other promotional artwork shows her with longer hair, but either black or purple. She also sometimes has a ponytail.
In promotional content and almost every video, Aphmau wears a purple off-the-shoulder coat with a white crop top. She also wears denim shorts and white boots with two purple lines on the top. Sometimes, her boots are depicted as socks with or without the addition of shoes.
On the Roblox channel, Aphmau looks somewhat the same as she does in Minecraft right down to her outfit, but her hair is slightly different, with her bangs going to her left instead of her right, and her face has visible lips and eyelashes.
Her pajamas are a purple and white t-shirt with a purple cat face on the front and purple-plaided pants.
In the summer and at the beach or ocean, she wears a purple top with indigo shorts and white sandals. In 2024, the outfit changed so that the top has long, translucent sleeves, the shorts are purple, and the sandals are purple with white straps. A purple flower was also added to her hair.
In winter and cold areas, her outfit is a white and purple sweater, grey pants, brown boots, and a purple bow on the back of her head, giving her an appearance similar to what her MyStreet counterpart wore in the first season, and it was exactly that outfit in earlier videos, and her sweater was sometimes HD. Starting in "The WOLF KING has a FAMILY with me!", she also wears earmuffs with white fluff and a purple headband. She has a purple scarf in the thumbnail of "School is CLOSED for a SNOW DAY in Minecraft!". In "Playing as a SANTA KITTEN in Minecraft!", her winter outfit became more detailed, but only her right hand was shown. Her animation model however has her dressed in her default clothes, but her coat is no longer off-shoulder and her crop top is now a white sweater. She also has either purple earmuffs, stockings, and boots or just the earmuffs. Her stockings have snowflakes while her earmuffs have cat ears on the headband. Sometimes though, she will wear a festive MeeMeow beanie instead of her earmuffs.
During Halloween, she wears a Day of the Dead dress along with having sugar skull mask and colorful flowers in her hair, making her look similar to the Sugar Skull MeeMeow. She also has a costume that has her dressed as a strawberry cow, which includes a sleeveless jacket with pink spots, a cowbell, cow-like leggings, fake horns and ears, a fake tail, and a pink spot painted over her left eye.
When attending school, she usually wears a uniform that is an exact replica of what her MyStreet counterpart wore in Phoenix Drop High.
As a child, she is seen wearing either overalls or a diaper, a shirt, boots or sneakers, and either a bow or a flower in her hair.
Aphmau also has a ton of other outfits depending on the occasion, job, or situation. She'll even get a new outfit upon getting new powers. Even her eyes will sometimes be a different color. And out of everyone, she has the most outfits.
Base[]
Though the server takes place on multiple different maps, Aphmau almost always lives in a white and purple themed house that is modern styled. She also has secret bases since her house tends to get destroyed and looted by her friends a lot. She'll also sometimes have a double bed that is purple on one side and red on the other.

- She is sometimes depicted as the owner of the server.
- Her favorite ore is diamond, her favorite food is baked potatoes, her favorite color is purple, her favorite flower is allium, and her favorite beverage is strawberry milk.
- She has admin powers and can use server commands at will, but that isn't always the case.
- She has an alternate account that goes by the alias of Kitty. As of now, no one knows that Kitty is actually Aphmau. In fact, Aphmau is actually afraid of any of her friends finding out considering all the bad things she’s done as Kitty.
- Kitty isn't her only alternative account, for she has made others such as M3ani3 (a hater), Issac (a guy), and Luna (a fangirl).
- She is depicted as both a dog person and a cat person, but she is mostly seen having wolves as pets. She'll also have other pets from time to time. She especially adores having chunky pets, much to Aaron’s chagrin. Unfortunately, her pets can become victims of pranks directed towards her as well as victims of abuse and neglect from her friends.
- Unlike with her MyStreet counterpart, her parents never divorced. Her mother, Sylvanna, seems to be an overprotective and strict helicopter parent while her father, Zack, is more fun-loving, but still occasionally strict.
- Just like in Phoenix Drop High and MyStreet seasons 2 and 3, Sylvanna hates Aaron with every fiber of her being and is dead set on believing he's a bad person. She forbids Aphmau from ever being with him and will ground her for the smallest interactions. She'll even make Aphmau date Ein instead, believing him to be the perfect boy despite Aphmau telling her how terrible Ein is.
- Aphmau has a liking towards babies, with her sometimes wanting as many babies as possible in the "Having a FAMILY" videos despite Aaron's displeasure.
- Sometimes, she has her real-life kids on the SMP with her, and if anyone decides to go too far and prank, steal from, or kidnap her kids (especially for blackmail), she will become extremely furious.
- She seems to have a liking towards the film Ratatouille since she calls back to it whenever the opportunity strikes.
- This was especially the case in “CORRECT Answers SAVE YOU!”, where she mentioned the film at least twice a game.
- Zane calls her "Aphmau Mojang Minecraft" when trying to address her by her full name.
- She will sometimes call Kim "Kimberly".
- She has a tendency to end up in boys only servers and schools by accident. However, there are times where her own servers are taken over by the boys and either they kick her out or they have to listen to her. Other times however, she is invited to a place or even kidnapped for the boys to hold her against her will.
- She also has a tendency to unintentionally making other people jealous of her, which in turn leads to a target on her back.
- Just like in MyStreet, she sometimes can't swim.
- She tends to win most of the minigames she partakes in. She’ll lose however if others sabotage her, cheat, or have an unfair advantage over her. She herself will be accused of cheating even when she plays fair, however, resulting in deals being called off by the sore losers. There was also one point where she tied with Zane, but he claimed himself as the winner without them even having a tiebreaker and stole her home as his prize.[2]
- She dislikes eating her veggies, especially broccoli and sometimes carrots. Her only known exception is potatoes.
- There is a running gag of everyone else forming one team together and ganging up on Aphmau.
- A slightly altered version of her promotional attire was featured in a community post celebrating 20 million subscribers,[3] and two months later, the animated reveal teaser for MyStreet Season 7 at VidCon 2024, hinting that this is what MyStreet Aphmau will wear during said season.
- On the Roblox channel, she often refers to all horror game entities as demons.
- In “Daring a VAMPIRE in Minecraft!”, Ein confirmed that Aphmau was his and Pierce’s favorite person to sacrifice.
- In videos listed as movies, she is shown having a younger brother, but he has yet to appear anywhere else.
- This may be a nod to her half brother in MyStreet.
- Aaron will sometimes call her "Jess", breaking the fourth wall and the immersion in the process. He will even do that in episodic roleplay videos.
- Not counting animations, she is currently the only person among her friends to wear headwear with her winter clothes, with her wearing earmuffs.
- Despite being the main character, there are still videos and shorts where Aphmau ends up losing or dying in the end or suffers from a bad ending or cliffhanger.[4] This is more prominent in "BIRTH to DEATH" videos and shorts as well as videos that don't follow a script, such as Roblox videos and minigame videos.
- Ironically, she likes to clean. However, she doesn't like it when it involves people taking advantage of her.
