Ein is a main character in the Aphmau SMP.
Personality[]
Ein is the server’s childish and unapologetic prankster and finds himself causing more trouble than anyone else. He's very incompetent at cooking, reading, and playing Minecraft in general, but he confidently claims himself to be the best at Minecraft and basically everything else he takes part in. He often plays the main antagonist of most episodes and is seen bullying and pranking others, with Aphmau usually being his main and sometimes only target since pranking her above anyone else is what cheers him up the most.
He has a knack for collecting, hoarding, and stealing gold, but he also steals stuff that other people value as well, such as KC's cakes, Kim's potions, and Aphmau's diamonds. Sometimes, he'll make sure that if he can't have what he's trying to stead or already stole, no one can, not even the rightful owner(s). He also loves to lie, cheat, set traps, destroy houses, start fires, set off TNT, break spawnpoints, frame others for his own actions, put his friends against each other, have others do his work for him, and betray his friends. He often teams up with his best friend Pierce, and occasionally Noi, Zane (who is meant to be Aphmau's best friend), and Kim to cause even more chaos, but he'll also prank them as well. Surprisingly, he doesn't team up with Gene despite them having similar morals and goals.
He obsessively desires to have Aphmau as his lover to the point of forceful marriage. However, his love for her is anything but genuine, for he'll still be abusive towards her and prank her whenever they're together. Not to mention that he mostly just wants full custody of all her treasure and belongings and for her to do all the chores and cooking for him, all without himself raising a finger or sharing any of his own belongings with her in return. He'll also make her stay in either his house or a prison-like cell. And he'll put on an act to win the approval of Aphmau's parents. Because of his desires for Aphmau, he is in a rivalry with her actual love interest, Aaron, and often tries to get rid of him for less competition. He is also jealous of how good Aaron is at the game and he will try to learn his secrets by sneaking into his base. Also, he will resort to deadly revenge on Aphmau if she ever ends up marrying Aaron. However, he doesn't mind pairing himself with KC (ex), but he'll still be mean to her too. He’ll also developed a crush on Aphmau’s personas and alternate accounts, being unaware that all of them are actually her.
Everyone on the server tends to hate Ein for his actions and behavior, and he is often the first to be accused when someone pranks anonymously. When he is actually guilty, he'll lie to Aphmau's face and push the blame onto someone else to try and get away with it, only to either slip up or get proven guilty later. When someone stops him from doing bad deeds or says no to any of his requests/demands, he'll prank said person in an act of revenge. He'll also resort to revenge even when he himself is the aggressor. Another thing he'll do is make someone helplessly watch him prank someone else as a way to prank the first person. And when he goes through a lot in a heist or adventure for little to no reward that satisfies him, he resorts to blowing everything up.
Despite it appearing that he pranks just for the sake of being cruel, it’s mostly to give himself a good laugh, albeit at the expense of others around him. However, that doesn't stop him from actually doing it to be cruel or outright evil on occasion, sometimes with him trying to actually rid people from the server forever, especially Aphmau and Aaron, with him even once wishing that Aphmau was never born. He'll also try to get power so he could either take over or destroy the server. He'll especially resort to destruction whenever he feels mad with power. And going mad with power will also involve him betraying any group he's in at the time.
Despite how many times he’s in the antagonist role, there are still some videos in which he is depicted as being genuinely good, but those are few and far between. However, when he does decide to try to help his friends, they don't trust his good intentions. Despite everyone usually believing him whenever he lies, they tend to not believe him whenever he tells the truth, and they usually get mad at him for honest mistakes he makes when he tries to help them. This often results in them treating him just as bad as he normally does to them, with Aphmau usually being the only one to support him. One example of him being kind without people being mad at him is when he stopped Noi from choking. Another time was when he gave Aphmau a piggyback ride.
Appearance[]
Ein has dark blue hair with a bright blue fringe sweeping over his left eye. His eyes are pale silver. He wears an unzipped blue hoodie with his sleeves pulled up and a white shirt underneath it. He also wears grey pants with white sneakers. His sneakers have blue laces as well as blue stripes on their sides. On his left wrist is a black wristband, which is portrayed as a watch on his animation model.
In the past, his pants used to be torn.
Base[]
When his base isn't modern-styled, he builds a medieval castle-styled base, something more akin to what Minecraft players would build. His base is decked out in gold blocks, gold armor stands, golden tools, and of course, dark blue blocks. Sometimes however, his base is unkempt, with him leaving it as a total mess.
Trivia[]
- Ein's favorite food in Minecraft is golden enchanted apples, but he'll also sometimes eat pufferfish.
- He has a little sister named Ericka, who used to hop onto the server on rare occasions.
- He sometimes personifies his gold. An example of which is him referring to a block of gold as Goldy.
- His love for gold is a trait that evolved from him crafting golden hoes (because of golden hoes being claimed to be the most useless tool) sometime before the SMP content was fully developed.
- The thumbnails sometimes show him wearing a wristband on both of his wrists instead of just his left wrist.
- According to the "Having a LIFE" videos, he doesn't have a father, with him instead having a single mother.
- In “My DAD Tries To Fix My Minecraft World”, it was confirmed that Zack isn’t Ein’s father.
- An NPC of his father did show up in “Having a YANDERE LIFE in Minecraft!”, but he was wearing a mask and Ein tossed him off the platform to his death before anyone got a good look at him.
- Sylvanna is one of the only people who genuinely like him, with her often giving him her blessing to be Aphmau's boyfriend since she is oblivious of what he does to Aphmau on a daily basis and refuses to believe Aphmau whenever she tells her how terrible Ein truly is.
- He started to see Aphmau as a love interest ever since he confessed his crush on her to the other boys during a party for boys only. His "love" for her is a trait borrowed from his MyStreet counterpart.
- Ein, as shown in “Aphmau Is HAPPY In Minecraft”, has musophobia, or a fear of mice.

- On some rare occasions when he sees one of the others sad he is very helpful and supportive.
- In past episodes Ein had some kind of romantic feelings for Pierce before kitty was ever reveiled
