Biography[]

Before the events of MyStreet, Michael brought together a group of people for the false hope of creating a better world using forever potions. He had his followers experiment on their own children before moving on to sell the forever potions to the public. However, Derek realized that only bad people were buying the potions and that people were dying as a result. He tells Garte, who then confronts Michael. Michael then opens a portal to get rid of Garte, but Garte and Derek force Michael, Zack, and Elizabeth into their own trap, ending the small business as Derek and Garte took the money to build their own companies that were meant to make people happy.

Forever Potions were officially first mentioned in the MyStreet episode, "Saying Goodbye". While searching the caves, Lucinda finds Michael's book, which held information about the potions, before getting knocked out by Ein. Forever potions first appeared in "I Will Always Love You", when Ein mentioned that Zane, Lucinda, and Aphmau were under his control. He later used another potion that made Aphmau hate Aaron.

Forever Potions are used again by Aaron, Garroth, Kim, and Ghost to free Lucinda from Ein's control. Lucinda then made the antidotes to the Forever Potions that Aphmau and Zane were under. However, both antidotes required emeralds.

Lucinda tried to give an antidote to Tatiana in "I Love You, Aaron", but the effects of the potion she was under had already become permanent.

Zane, Garroth, Katelyn, Lucinda, and Aphmau are the only ones known that have been freed from the effects of their Forever Potions before they became permanent.

After Michael rescued Ein from his death bed, he was given several forever potions that increased his healing process, made him strong enough to overpower an entire pack of werewolves (despite having been turned human), and gave him the power to use some of Michael's magic, which he would later use to kill Aphmau with.

By the time of When Angels Fall, a new type of forever potion was made. It was golden in color and made the desired effects permanent within seconds, being much faster than the green forever potions that came before them. Ein used these potions to take control over almost every werewolf in hiding at Starlight Wonderland, declaring himself their permanent Alpha before they met their end at the hands of an enraged Aaron.

Appearance[]

Forever Potions are of an extremely bright shade of light blue in color, with green highlights. They have an almost glowing quality to them. Antidotes have a similar color and hue.

The antidote to one of the Forever Potions that were on Aphmau.

Forever Potions seem to be very complex, as it takes an experienced potion-maker to make them. The list of ingredients for the potions, and the antidote, are below:

  • Powdered moonstone
  • Distilled sand
  • Mermaid tears
  • Mandrake root
  • Cheese
  • Beeswax
  • Unicorn hair
  • A pure Emerald gem
    Emerald

An emerald with raw power inside of it.

Antidote[]

  • Old-aged Emerald
  • Heart Of The Sea
  • Enchanted Diamond

Inner-Workings[]

Forever Potions last, as the name states, forever. Victims are aware of what they are doing under the potion, but they might not always be in control, depending on the potion. In Aphmau, Lucinda, and Zane's cases, their subconsciousness had no control over what their bodies are doing while under control. The potion causes the eyes of the victim to turn bright emerald green. When the eyes of said victim turn back to their normal eye color while they are still under the effects of a Forever Potion, the effects of the Forever Potion will be permanent, as seen with Tatiana. The effect of a Forever Potion can only be undone through the use of another Forever Potion or an antidote potion, which can only be used in a certain time window. The length of this time window varies from case-to-case. The more forever potions one uses, the longer it takes for the effects to become permanent.

Forever Potions can have a wide range of effects, as they don't appear to require any customization when making them to get the user's desired affects. Antidotes, however, must be customized to undo a specific potion to work. However, a feeling of a powerful emotion such as love may be able to break someone free of the effects of a forever potion before it becomes permanent, as shown with Aphmau in MyStreet Season 4: Emerald Secret, and Katelyn and Garroth in MyStreet Season 6: When Angels Fall. One is also free from the effects of a forever potion upon dying, even if the effects already became permanent, as shown with Blaze.

Users[]

Terry[]

It was heavily theorized that Travis' father was the inventor and first user of Forever Potions. However, that theory was later debunked, as it was proven to be Michael. Though, yes, this theory is correct — as Terry was Michael’s host for so long, Terry might have been the face of the organization

Ein[]

Ein is the main user of Forever Potions seen in Emerald Secret. The first time he used one was to turn Tatiana the wolf into a human. Ein, however, cannot make Forever Potions without the help of a master potion-maker like Michael or Lucinda, hence why he needed Lucinda under his control. Ein also lured Zane and Aphmau to his hideout, thanks to the effects of these potions. He later took control over almost all the werewolves in Starlight by using golden forever potions that made the effects permanent and irreversible in seconds.

Lucinda[]

Lucinda was the maker of the Forever Potions for Ein. She was brought under his control to make more Forever Potions for him, especially the one he was tasked to give Aphmau, as he couldn't make them himself. However, she only had the ingredients for potions of obedience, hate, and love, not having the ingredients needed for the specific forever potion Ein wanted her to make.

Michael[]

According to "Aaron's Choice", Michael, aka the Snake-Eyed Man, has tested Forever Potions of super strength on Garroth and Katelyn, according to Derek and Garte. While he was occasionally possessing Terry, he tested on Terry's own son, Travis, causing Travis' eyes to turn permanently green. He later enlisted the help of Ein to use a certain potion on Aphmau since Zack refused to give it to her when she was still in his custody. It is later revealed that Michael can take full control over anyone as if he were a living forever potion, due to being a cursed soul. He can even control those who were cured before their forever potion effects became permanent. This included Garroth, Katelyn, Zane, Lucinda, and almost all the Guardian Forces.

Elizabeth[]

She was amongst the people who created the first Forever Potions, alongside Zack, and was one of the few people to experiment them by using it on her daughter, Katelyn. She may be the one to control Ein, thanks to a Forever Potion, since the two were walking together, with Ein's eyes shown to be green during the scene.

Zack[]

He made the first Forever Potions, along with Elizabeth, and tested them on several victims. He was assigned to test one on his daughter, Aphmau, but he chose not to do so and refused to tell anyone whether he did or not. However, Derek did state that Zack still exposed Aphmau to several chemicals and that he should be in jail.

Derek[]

He used to join Michael, Elizabeth, Garte, and Zack in creating Forever Potions and tampering with people. The others tried to convince him to use a potion on Aaron, but Derek firmly rejected the idea due to recognizing that it was going to be hard enough to raise Aaron as an Ultima. After realizing the errors of his ways, he and Garte quit the experiment.

Garte[]

Garte was also involved with the Forever Potion experiment, using Garroth as a lab rat. He quit the experiment, along with Derek.

Others[]

Aaron, Garroth, and Kim later made a Forever Potion to help break Lucinda free from the mind-control, as Ghost read out the ingredients from Michael's book while fighting to possess Lucinda.

Victims[]

Travis[]

Travis is the oldest victim of Forever Potions, as it was put on him during the potion's development. It isn't clear what effect the forever potion had or still has on Travis, but an unknown split personality was placed inside him in the process. This persona was able to find the book that belonged to the Snake-Eyed Man. He later stole it from Lucinda as revealed during Aphmau's Year. It has also shown to be more persuasive than Travis. During the lockdown of Starlight, Travis's eyes start turning back to light gray. When Michael was casted out of Terry's body by Lucinda's spell, the split persona transformed into Michael and took full control over Travis. It can also be assumed that this persona was Michael controlling Travis from a distance.

Tatiana[]

Tatiana was removed of her position as Alpha by force when Ein turned her from a wolf to a human. When her eyes turned normal, the effects of the potion became permanent. Even Lucinda isn't able to reverse the potions effects. Tatiana is still able to be the wolves' Alpha, as they consider her a wolf at heart. She also sees the bright side in being able to be an ambassador for her pack when it comes to human contact.

Zane[]

Under the effects of the Forever Potion, Zane's memory was altered. Even though Garroth was his biological brother, he rejected the idea and believed that Ein was his only brother, and a good one. This implies that Zane also forgot about his other brother, Vylad, while he was under the effects of the Forever Potion. However, when Garroth mentions Vylad while trying to figure out who Zane's other brother is, Zane seemed to know who he is. When he said Ein's name, it was not heard by those around him. Zane was able to shake off the potion for a moment to yell at Garroth for being a terrible brother before lapsing back under the potion's control, demonstrating how he felt a strong amount of anger which caused him to temporary regain control.

Michi[]

Ein used a forever potion on Michi to make her his minion. While under the effects of the Forever Potion Ein gave her, she lost her crush on Aaron, resulting in her being loyal to Ein. He had her disguise as Aphmau in order to lure Aaron into a blizzard to die. She was later seen in Ein's house helping Aphmau get changed and suggesting Ein to use a potion to turn Aphmau into a werewolf. Besides Tatiana, she was the only person that the group didn't cure, leading her to being used for Michael's plans as she anonymously leaked information about the Lycan's being linked to the Ultima curse to the public while the Lycans were at Starlight.

Lucinda[]

Under Ein's control, Lucinda lost her memory of being trapped in a hanging cell, despite Aaron and Aphmau being there to see it. She instead believed she had lost her brother (Ein) in a blizzard and came back to the lodge. She was later used to make more Forever Potions, and became Ein's guard, making sure no one interfered with her brother's plans. She was the first one to be freed from the Forever Potion's effects, and the first one ever known to be completely freed of the potion.

Aphmau[]

Aphmau was the last one to be controlled and freed from the Forever Potions used on her in Season 4. She also is the only one to have had two Forever Potions on her at the same time. As Aphmau was brought to Ein in a hypnotized state, she was forced by Ein to believe he was her fiancé, and that they had been dating since high school. She was then put under another potion, which made her hate Aaron to the bottom of her heart, to the point of wishing to murder him. She was eventually freed from both potions by an unknown force, either by Aaron's Ultima powers, his eternal love for her, Aaron calling her a stupid potato, or the fact the potions wore off because Ein was apparently killed by Tatiana's wolves. The latter reason is most likely not true, as Ein was alive in Season 5. It is also heavily implied that she has been given a Forever Potion early in her youth. However, it was also heavily implied that, while she was supposed to receive a Forever Potion as a child, Aphmau was removed from Zack's custody before he could put the potion on her.

In When Angels Fall, she was able to resist another Forever Potion, being able to trick Ein in an attempt to stab him in the heart.

Garroth[]

As mentioned by Derek, Michael had experimented on Garroth, giving him super strength, explaining why he breaks down doors so often, and as to why they always disintegrate. Without even trying, he was also able to send someone flying backwards into a wall at high speeds with one punch in Falcon Claw University. It's also what kept him alive after he looked into Aaron's Ultima eyes.

When Michael took over Travis and snapped his fingers, he took control over Garroth's mind, as his eyes turned green. He was unresponsive when Michael mispronounced his name, and willingly followed orders to kill one of his brothers, Zane. When Kawaii~Chan tried talking sense into him, he swung his sword diagonally across her torso and wounded her. He was only broken out of his trance when Zane made him feel strong emotions.

Katelyn[]

Katelyn had also received a Forever Potion of strength due to the experiment, causing her to have a tendency to punch people with brute strength, mainly Travis. This also has given her the ability to throw people into the sky.

Another effect of the potion was revealed as Michael took control over Katelyn's mind by clicking his fingers while he was in Travis' body. She was eventually freed by Lucinda upon being called Sugar Pea.

Ein[]

When Ein made a sudden, surprise return to Starlight, his eyes were emerald-green while smirking at Aaron, who was watching from afar, with no werewolf ears and tail. It was revealed that Michael used several Forever Potions on him.

When Ein infiltrated the werewolf camp, his eyes were back to normal, showing that the effects were now permanent. He showed great strength as he was able to overpower every werewolf in the cave despite being human. He also showed the capability to use magic, which he used to go back on his word and kill Aphmau after Aaron turned him back into a werewolf to save her.

Trivia[]

  • It was never shown whether or not forever potions worked on cursed souls. It might not be the case since Michael can't use his powers to control the Ultima. However, Ein did try to use a forever potion on Aaron, but he swatted the potion away.
  • Forever potions appear in the Aphmau smp video Our Dreams Come True With Forever Potions, however they have different effects as they just do something random to those who drink it unlike the ones in MyStreet.
