Geography and Demographics[]

The Gal'ruk Region is a very large, cold island, surrounded by the Gal'ruk Sea located north of Ru'aun. However, unlike the frozen area around Pikoro Village, the Gal'ruk Region is one of beauty. It has an abundance of resources, from the amount of spruce trees to the border of the sea, which is a good area for fishing. It is known that fish like sculpins, snailfishes, eelpouts, and cods are most commonly found in such areas. Large ice crystals that can be seen nowhere else in the series, are seen only in this region. It seems as if the Gal'ruk Region teems with its own natural glamour, and a tinge of Enki magic. Although, for the regions residents, the citizens of the Enki Warrior Tribe, it may be uncared for. This is because the region and the surrounding sea are both cursed by an evil known as the Demon Warlock, who put a curse on them, rendering the people unable to leave.
The Patron of the Gal'ruk Region is Enki the Keeper, a member of the six Divine Warriors, who's ruins are found here. The ruins are mentioned in S2 & S3. He is worshipped in this region, proven with the village being named after him. Also, unlike how people from the Ru'aun Region, the Gal'ruk people say, "May Enki be with you."
The Enki Warrior Tribe[]
The Enki Warrior Tribe is a village with viking-like peoples, led by Asmund. The village borders near the sea, with houses built on stilts. The inhabitants do not realize that Travis has been protecting them like his mother for years, and unknowingly shun him from the community, which makes him socially awkward.
