Biography[]
Leona is the daughter of Kiki and, though her father's name and identity have never been stated, she was previously believed to have been the daughter of Zane or Bodolf, but neither have been confirmed nor denied in canon. Popular to misconception, many people believe that Leona's father has to be a full blooded-werewolf or at least have some form of werewolf blood. This is disproven by Kiva and Khira when Aphmau takes Kiki to the Southern Wolf Tribe when she finds out Kiki is getting sick from the pendant Zane gave her. When Khira tells Aphmau she calls the phenomenon a "far-fetched abomination". Khria explains that Kiki is holding what is known as a "birth pendant", an ancient Zonaralian relic. They describe the Zonaralian as a tribe blessed with the power of birthing children. Khira says the tribe was considered to be only made out of women, very similar to the likes of Greek Amazons, saying that they did not toss out any male babies like many humans theorised of centuries. Khira explains to Aphmau that the Southern wolf tribe was keen with the Zonaralian peoples and had drawings of catalyst's for Zonaralian babies. Aphmau at first doesn't understand what this means, or what this has to do with Kiki's sickness, but Khira tells Aphmau that the pendent only needs the blood of a female and a male to make only werewolf female children, which lets the viewer know the father does not need to be werewolf at all, because the pendent changes the DNA to werewolf (hence the fact of it being a werewolf tribe relic). At the end of the explanation, Khira finally tells Aphmau that the pendant is like an "egg", saying that it is belongs to Kiki. Khira further questions Aphmau, trying to ease the tension by saying there is a small possibility that it could not be Kiki's blood (later shown it was her blood). Khira asks Aphmau who gave Kiki the pendant, to which Aphmau tells Khria "The High Priest of O'khasis", further insinuating that Zane is the father. Khira reacts very quickly and yells at Aphmau, saying to keep him away from the tribe, saying he is nothing but trouble and a terrible person who is believed to start a war between two wolf tribes. Khira asks what Zane wishes to do with Kiki, wondering out loud if he wishes to take her magic away. Khira explains that it is Aphmau's choice to tell Kiki whether or not the child is of her blood. Aphmau walks back to Kiva, who further talks about the pendant. Kiva tells Aphmau that the pendant is a "forbidden relic" to the wolf tribe, saying that even for werewolves it is very invasive, but finally tells Aphmau that Kiki will be healed by the next day.
Fifteen years later, in Season Two, Leona is now a teenager. In Episode 24 of Season Two, Kiki explains to Aphmau that about a year after she disappeared, Leona was revealed to be half werewolf half human. Kiki had previously believed that Zane was the father due to him being the one to give her the amulet, and also sharing physical resemblances to Leona, such as black hair, but Aphmau has shared her theory that the father is Bodolf, but since he passed away during the fifteen year time skip, Kiki is unsure about how that theory could be proved.
In Season Three, after the 3 year time skip, Leona is old enough to babysit Alina and Lilith while Aphmau left on her journey in the beginning of Ep 1. She also almost blew Zane's cover while he was in his disguise.
Appearance[]
As a baby, she had black hair, like Zane, and was swaddled in a white blanket.
As a teenager, Leona has long black hair and dark green eyes. She is seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, along with black boots. She also possesses grey/silverish wolf ears and a tail.
In werewolf form, she is a grey wolf whom looks similar to Yip.
Personality []
As a baby, Kiki described her as 'active' when we saw her as a baby, although we saw no sign of it.
As a teenager, she is shown to be quite hyper, and playful, with a close relationship with her mother. Leona seems to be rather mischievous, as we see her walking away from Aphmau and Kiki after Kiki points out that she thinks Leona is going to bark at the farm animals and scare them right after being told not to.

- Leona is a Latin name. In Latin, the meaning of the name Leona is "lioness". This could be considered to be quite fitting since her mother looks after animals- or ironic, seeing as she is a werewolf.
- Leona cannot stand the smell of chili peppers, due to the fact that she is part werewolf.
