Menphia the Fury was one of the six Divine Warriors.

Biography[]

Menphia was given the Relic of the Fury by Lady Irene, gifting her immortality, a burden she accepts for the greater good. The Relic was a part of her "in more ways than she knew". Menphia isn't known that much in the Ru'aun region, but according to a vision of Aphmau's at the episode "Secrets of the Library", Menphia had ties to the Tu'la region.

Appearance[]

Menphia has dark skin, dark purple eyes, and brown-orange hair. She wears black armor with silver and orange linings with a symbol of what looks like the Irene's relics on her chest.

Trivia[]

  • Menphia's name and title, like the rest of the Divine Warriors, are inspired by The Twelve from Final Fantasy XIV; Menphina, The Lover, and Halone, The Fury. They are both characters with ice powers.
  • Lucinda, although her mother, Hyria, was alive at the time of the Divine Warriors and friend of Irene, share voice actresses and vague appearances much like the other Divine Warriors and their descendants have in common.
    • Narratively, it was more likely Lo was set up to be Menphia's descendant before the series was cancelled.
  • She is the third major character on screen to have dark skin, the first is Teony from MyStreet and Liochant from MCD season 3. Other characters from various other series include Rune, Bri, Rhys, Mr. Diaz, and Pierce.
