Michi is a maiden in town, and a supporting character in 'Mermaid Tales'.
Biography[]
Michi first appears in "Merman?...", when she's spotted on the dock by Aphmau. Aph pulls her underwater to cut her hair, but Aaron hears her cry for help and saves her before she can get any hair. So Aphmau instead pulls Aaron under. When he comes back to the surface, Michi and Garroth are on the dock waiting for him, and she's extremely grateful for 'their' help. Garroth offers to buy her a drink, and she accepts.
At the tavern, she quickly becomes a part of Garroth's plan to find Travis a bride. They lie to her, telling her that their friend is 'very ugly' and 'very dumb', and she's quite confused.. but agrees to give him a shot anyway. ...But only if she can have a date with Aaron if things fall through with their friend. Garroth agrees to it before Aaron has a say, and she leaves, content and ready to meet on the docks tomorrow as instructed.
Some time between this and her next appearance, Garroth tells her who she's dating, and lets her in on a plan to extort Travis for gold.
While Aaron grills Aphmau about the mermaid attack, Michi suddenly appears. She hugs Aaron, making him uncomfortable, asking when her date with the prince is. She bitterly dismisses Aphmau, seeing her as a romantic rival for Aaron's affections. Amber interrupts, thinking he's kidnapped the two girls, and they watch as she draws her sword and fights him.
Aphmau is confused, and Michi quickly realizes she's.. strange, even calling her stupid- before she corrects herself, and instead asks if she's 'dense in the head'. She gets even more bewildered when Aph says Aaron 'promised not to sell her', but Aph runs off to make Michi a flower crown before she regains composure. She sees Aph as a complete weirdo, but no longer a competitor for Aaron.
After the fight Michi hugs Aaron again, fawning over his strength. Aaron asks why she doesn't go after Amber, since she's strong, but Michi says she's cute, but not her type. She tells Amber that Aaron planned to sell the girl over there to get her to go away, leaving them alone. She tries to make a move, but Aaron doesn't seem to be listening, and then runs off.
She finds Aaron later on, extremely flattered when he flirts back to her (even though he's just hiding Aphmau, who's currently a mermaid). Michi asks him to go somewhere alone, since she just barely sees Aphmau behind him. She starts to notice her tail, when Aaron suddenly dips her, to her pleasant surprise. He asks if she can swim, and she tells him she can and just needed his help before because she was being pulled downwards.
Aaron throws her into the water, infuriating her. She screams at him that she won't be dating the prince, which he doesn't care about. He throws down a rope for her to make sure she makes it out alright, telling her not to follow him. Of course, she takes him throwing the rope as a sign that he does care about her, and she's ecstatic.
Appearance[]
She has long lilac hair, with olive green eyes. She wears a long, off-shoulder sleeved dress with an aqua corset and mullet skirt.
Personality[]
Michi is a bubbly girl, but looks to be a bit underhanded too- since she agrees with Garroth on their plan to extort Travis. She will do anything to get what she wants, (that being Aaron,) lying to Amber and insulting Aphmau multiple times when she sees her as a competitor for his affections.

- This is the first series where Michi appears as a human, rather than a Meif'wa.
- She is implied to be bisexual, as she tells Amber that she's cute, and if she weren't into Aaron right now, she might pursue her.
