The third season of MyStreet, fully titled as MyStreet: Lover's Lane, simply Lover's Lane, is the continuation of The Bigger Move, a collection of side stories that took place before the premiere of the third season of MyStreet. It premiered on September 19th, 2016.
It was originally thought to be a side-story, however, hours after it premiered, it was officially labelled as the third season of MyStreet.
Like the last season, this season uses a theme song. For this season, the song "Will Be Forgetting This" by Elias Näslin feat. Elbot is used during the first few seconds of an episode.[1]
Development[]
On December 9th, 2016, a video featuring Jason was posted in which he confirms the season finale was to air on December 10th, 2016.[2] Along with the season finale announcement, Jason hinted at a new mini series consisting of 4-5 episodes would be premiering before Christmas.
Additionally, a fourth season was possible, if the demand is high for it. When and if the season is greenlit, the gap between the third and fourth season would be longer to map out the season. According to Jason, they were in favor of creating another MyStreet high school series, but was not picked due to the prequel series (PDH) and main series aligning perfectly, however, with a few inconsistencies.
Overview[]
The group's search for a new street to live on ends. They find a new street and pick housemates and which house to live in. Naturally, shenanigans, silliness and sweet love takes place.
