Nekoette is a minor character who appears in Phoenix Drop High: Graduation Days and Falcon Claw University.
Biography[]
Phoenix Drop High Graduation Days[]
Nekoette first appeared in the episode "Will Aaron Notice Me?,” where she is seen knocking on the door of Aaron's dorm. She introduces herself as a Junior Meif'wa Scout and at first seems cordial and polite, but soon becomes more pushy and manipulative when Aaron refuses to buy her Meif’wa Scout Cookies. Aaron grew increasingly frustrated with Nekoette, who refused to leave him alone until she bought a box of cookies. Once her sale was made, Nekoette cackles, and runs off with her wagon to go “find more suckers!”
Later in the episode, Nekoette is seen convincing Girl and Guy to buy $20 of her Meif’wa Scout Cookies, who see her and her manipulative selling tactics as adorable and evil respectively. Once Guy and Girl leave, Nekoette is approached by Aphmau who asks for cookies, only for Nekoette to tell her that she’s all out, and to come back tomorrow. When Aphmau presses her for the cookies, mentioning that her friend Tera needs them, Nekoette repeats that she is all out, to not get mad at her when she has no cookies the next day, and leaves.
Nekoette appears again in “Lost In My Eyes...,” where she steals Antonio’s soccer ball, claims “finder’s keepers,” and refuses to give it back to him until he buys some of her Meif’wa Scout cookies. She continues to try and sell the cookies until Kawaii~Chan offers to buy seven boxes, which makes her forget the ball instantly.

While Nekoette and Kawaii~Chan talk, Nekoette realizes that Kawaii~Chan was also a Meif’wa Scout, and is starstruck to meet the “best Meif’wa Scout ever.” She calls Kawaii~Chan her hero, and asks her to sign her sash, which Kawaii~Chan obliges. Nekoette then gives Kawaii~Chan her cookies for free, and shyly asks if she could seek more advice from the older meif’wa. She runs off again to complete her cookie sales afterwards.
FC University[]
Nekoette appears in Episode 19 of "FC University". Although she is not selling cookies, her routine of introduction to Tera in her room is a carbon copy to that of Aaron. Surprisingly, Tera did not recognize Nekoette's uniform, despite sending Aphmau for her a few months earlier.
Nekoette explains how she collecting donations of "cool stuff" for her Good Samaritan badge. Tera then lets her take a few things. After being allowed to enter, she has a momentary lapse of professionalism and peers at Tera's laptop, which was playing "Drama Rollercoaster." Tera sends her away and she takes the boxes she was told were full of donations as well as Woof, whom she mistakes for a donation.
In the following scene, Nekoette, now pulling her wagon, doesn't notice Woof fall out due to a rock she hit, and thus she disappears from view.
In Episode 23, "The New Werewolf in Town" (aired January 27th 2018), we find Nekoette conversing with fellow scout Kayla about a meeting she's forgotten about. Said meeting turned out to be announcing a troop festival, for which Nekoette volunteers almost immediately, not realizing she'd need an older sibling, or someone to act as one, for the event in question. Naturally, she chose the university as her searching ground and runs straight into a Werewolf Scout named Juno.
By the way she stared at Juno it can be interpreted that this is the beginning of a crush, possibly her first. However, this sentiment is quickly overshadowed by Juno's aggressive attitudes, which matched Nekoette's own snarky manner of expression. She then identifies him as the Werewolf Scout who also sold of "[her] territory", which sparked a rivalry between the two.
Since Juno also needed an "older sibling" to enter the festival, Nekoette gloats to him later after convincing Kawaii~chan, her role model and inspiration, to be her "big sister" and quits the scene, once again, triumphant.
Appearance[]
Nekoette has a pale complexion, baby blue hair, and amber eyes. Her ears and tail are both white, and she has a purple bow tied around the end of her tail.
She is only depicted wearing her Meif’wa Scout uniform: a mint green button-up, skirt, and hat, as well as a brown sash across her chest with two badges on it.
Personality[]
When she first meets Aaron (Her first appearance) she seems quite nice but later on she is much more sassy and says when she leaves "find more SUCKERS" with an evil cackle. Also she does anything to get badges ANYTHING for example when she takes stuff for her donations she also takes Woof. also when she made Aaron give her the money to buy the cookies because he got fed up with her. It's safe to say she is sassy and determined.

- Unlike her Diaries counterpart, Nekoette is a pure Meif'wa in MyStreet.
- Her badges are a reference to Flowey from Undertale and her Diaries counterpart giving Aaron apples.
- Neko means cat in Japanese.
