"Our Story Ends..." is the 15th and last episode (as well as the second part of the finale,) of 'Mermaid Tales'. It premiered on September 22nd, 2017.

Summary[]
Everyone stares in shock at discovering that Katelyn and Teony are mermaids. Redbeard quickly realizes their worth in money and tells his crew to forget the prince and grab the mermaids. Amber protects the girls, and Travis says he agrees with her. Upon hearing her name, Redbeard recognizes her as a girl that used to be part of his crew. Garroth mocks her, while Travis is just shocked. Katelyn and Teony are in awe that humans are not only real, but right in front of them.
Another battle ensues- Travis and Amber both put up a fight but are knocked down. Aaron manages to knock out two pirates before he's punched to the ground too. The mermaids are captured, and the humans are tied up, so Garroth asks for his promised reward. ..Which ends up in him being tied up alongside everyone else. Redbeard leaves with Aphmau, Katelyn, and Teony, setting fire to the ship before he goes.
Redbeard goes to his crew to discover one of his crew with a flower crown, who let Aphmau go because she wasn't a mermaid. He swiftly kills him to set an example. Aphmau reappears on the ship to save everyone, but misunderstands and tries to make flower crowns for the fire until Aaron tells her to just untie them. They luckily make it off the ship, and start to make a plan to rescue the mermaids. Amber gives Travis her sword (to his surprise,) and tells him she's going to go alone to gather the guards. She tells everyone where Redbeard's ship ought to be, and that one mermaid is probably on each of his two ships.
Tavari, holding a golden dagger, decides that rather than waiting for human hair to come to him, he's going to kidnap a human himself.
Aaron splits the four of them up- Travis and Garroth to one boat, him on the other. Aph questions her role, and he tells her to stay put so she doesn't get hurt. Travis and Garroth wait beyond a corner, taking out the three present guards as they come to investigate one by one. They're confused at the lack of security, but move on towards Teony on the deck. Aaron starts to scout out the ship he's meant to get on, but sees Aphmau approaching two pirates on the dock. She offers them a flower crown, but when she shows them one she waits for them to look and then knocks them both out, shocking Aaron. She tells him Teony taught her that trick, and the two of them move up towards Katelyn.
Travis starts to try and unlock Teony's cage, but he and Garroth are quickly ambushed by Redbeard's crew members that were waiting for them to come. Luckily, Amber arrives with the guard force and tells them to go help Aaron instead, since they can handle this. She opens Teony's cage, finding the mermaid quite cute with her merspeak gratitude.
Meanwhile, Aphmau starts to unlock Katelyn's cage. She's knocked down by Redbeard, and Aaron begins to fight him. He's overpowered, and Travis tries to come for a surprise attack behind, but he's also defeated. Two pirates came with the captain, (who just so happen to be the pirates Aphmau met in "Get Away From Her!") and one of them kills Redbeard for hurting Aphmau. Garroth and Travis kill them on the spot, making Aphmau cry.
All of a sudden, Tavari pulls Aaron into the water, and Aphmau dives after them. Aaron begins to drown, and after a brief argument, Aphmau tackles Tavari and steals his dagger. She quickly starts to swim away, but he catches up to her and takes it back, taking multiple swings at her and cutting her up. She hits him over the head with a rock, retreating into the cave she first found when she left Mariana. He mocks her, but turns around at a strange sound to see Titanus, who then eats him.
She brings Aaron to shore and accidentally performs CPR while trying to punch him awake (as he did to her). They share a brief affectionate moment before Travis and Garroth find them, seeing that Aphmau is also a mermaid. Everyone gathers on the shore, the mermaids in the water. Katelyn thanks them, and works out a plan with Prince Travis to make peace between their kingdoms when they become queen and king, respectively. Aphmau waves to Aaron, who tearfully waves back.
Three months later, Aaron has his own ship. He misses Aphmau, looking at the wilted flower crown on his wrist that he still wears. He hears a strange noise and turns, but when he turns back around, he sees a flower crown on the side of the ship. Aphmau (Who is still in her mermaid tail) appears behind him, holding the edge of the ship. He hugs her, asks about where she's been, and tells her he plans to sail the seas with his own crew and find treasure, and unexplored horizons. She asks if she can come with him, and he agrees- as long as there's no flower crowns. She admits that she already decorated his ship with them, prompting him to look over the side- where he sees the bottom of his ship is lined with crowns, and so Aaron (who's with his crew) and Aphmau went to an island that has treasure.
Back In Tavari's grotto, Zane asks what (the now awake) Lucinda's plan is. She exclaims that she wishes to take over not just the ocean, but the world.
