- When Michael is wounded on the left shoulder by Aphmau, the wound is shown on the right side when Aaron, controlling Aphmau, impales him in the chest.
- During the fight in the Irene dimension, when Michael punches Aphmau to the floor, his entire body is missing for a few frames.
- For an unexplained reason, Aphmau's sword can hurt Michael, even though in the previous episode he was completely unharmed by Garroth's blade.
- When Michael possesses everyone, he shows everyone someone they care about deeply (Zane - Zianna, Aphmau - Sylvanna and Lucinda - Melissa).
- Despite four GF soliders and one scientist taking refuge in the helicopter, dozens of soliders and scientists seen from "Gone" to "High Heavens" are left behind, meaning they most likely died when the Celestial Canon crashed into the ocean.
- The flashback where Michael tells Aaron that together they will kill so many people never actually happened, as Michael never leaves the observation deck of the prototype room until after Aaron is gone. This is likely a mistake.
