Ever since she moved into the neighborhood, Urla was known as the "Crazy Cat Lady" and sometime in her life adopted magical cats, such as Randy.

She has short gray hair and gray eyes with bags under them. She wears a pink sweater with a black and white cat on and dark blue trousers with black boots.
Personality[]
Urla loves her cats, Randy, Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen, along with her 52 other unknown cats. She is also a bit crazy.
