Hello! My name is MyrrSenpai and I am writing a FanFiction.
It's losely based off of the Season 2 canon (SPOILERS FOR ANYONE WHO HASNT WATCHED S2 YET) and I'll be writing about what all of our favorite characters did while Aphmau was gone. I am not the best writer, so I apologize in advance if there are grammar mistakes, plot holes, and other things no reader enjoys.
I am willing to take suggestions in the comments, but I am NOT going to put any fan made characters in the story.
Now that I've talked your ear off, let's begin with the story.
Zoey woke up to the smell the of burnt eggs and well-done toast. She rolled out of bed and changed quickly. As she laced up her boots, she marveled at the thought that she once wore a tiny little dress and sandals. When she first started wearing more serious clothes, she thought someone would've joked about it. But then again, nobody ever joked in the Stronghold except for Yip, and his jokes were terrible and corny.
Zoey sighed and threw her hair in a lose braid, then walked up the stairs to meet Levin and Malachi in the kitchenette.
"Good morning Zoey," said Malachi. "What do you plan on doing today?"
"I'm going to try and get Aphmau back again," Zoey said determinedly "and it'll work this time." Levin and Malachi exchanged glances, Levin's more concerned than Malachi's.
"Well," Levin said with a hint of concern. "Malachi, Logan, Alexis and Kyle were going to go on a trade with the other villages."
"That's great," grunted Zoey distractedly. "We need all the outside help we can get. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go out. Good luck." And like that, she was gone.
"Maybe she'll find Aphmau today! We just have to have hope." Malachi said to Levin, though it sounded more like he was trying to convince himself.
Zoey trekked through the forest, muttering "Today's the day. Today Aphmau will come back. She'll come back. She will." under her breath.
As she came to a clearing, she kneeled down and closed her eyes, chanting an old elven poem as she concentrated her life force into breaking the barrier.
"Come on Aphmau. Whatever it takes. Whatever it takes." She said between chants.
Then her eyes flew open as she knew what she had to do. What she had to do for Malachi, the twins, Nekoette, Luca, and Levin. Especially Levin.
"Whatever it takes." She said faintly as a large flash from the ground sent her stumbling back.
When she was able to see again, her braid had become undone, her ponytail holder now lost in her thick white hair. As she stood up, she saw six people knocked out and laying on the ground. As she did a quick headcount, she saw that everybody who went missing was there. Everybody except for Garroth. She raised her head momentarily to see if Garroth had landed on a tree or something, but then heard a small commotion from where they had arrived. As she looked down, she saw Aphmau shakily rising up to see her savior, and her eyes widening when she realized who it was. Who had waited for her. Who had saved her.
